Orders will ship within 48 hours Monday - Friday, UNLESS it is a Pre-Order we will ship when it arrives at Pollux. Shipping is priced based on your selection at checkout.
In Store pickup: We will contact you when your purchase is ready. Orders made before 3pm (Mountain Time) will be processed the same day. Orders made after 3pm (Mountain Time) will be processed on the next business day.
Returns: We accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a US addresss within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. Styles that are damaged or defective may be returned by contacting us within 3 days of delivery. AN E-GIFT CARD WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU TO USE ONLINE. NO CREDIT CARD REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED. *Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
